Difficulty: Medium.
The strain tends to form a stroma (overlay)—a dense layer of mycelium that encapsulates and protects the block. The stroma can interfere with the growth signal (pin formation/"small mushrooms") when the bag is cut X-wise, and therefore may need to be carefully trimmed away. This is the whole difficulty.
Fruiting Temperature: Prefers cooler conditions; growth is poor above 23-25°C. Optimum temperatures are below 21°C.
The mushrooms are initially blue, then turn brown. Color and shape depend on growing conditions.
