Warm-tolerant strain
Difficulty: Medium (but even beginners can succeed)
Start: 7-10 days (not the fastest growing mushroom)
Turns yellow/pink in response to unstable or unsuitable conditions.
Unlike common strains, it doesn't require cold stress to initiate growth (primordia formation). It grows in warm conditions and tolerates warmer conditions well, meaning it can be grown indoors in winter. However, it dries out quickly in dry air, so careful monitoring of humidity is necessary.
It begins fruiting even at the substrate colonization stage, so it can produce fruiting bodies under plastic wrap (it's just the strain, nothing can be done about it), but it often grows where the bag is cut.
Excellent taste and culinary qualities.
When the “teeth”/“needles” begin to appear (7-10 mm), the process of spore formation begins, you can cut it off.
