Grow Kits — Living Product & Right of Withdrawal Notice

Our mushroom grow kits contain a living organism (mycelium) and are, by their nature, goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly within the meaning of Article 16(d) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. For this reason, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) does not apply to grow kit purchases, whether or not the packaging has been opened. All grow kits are sold as final sale.

 

Quality Guarantee

If your grow kit arrives damaged, dead, or visibly contaminated, we will replace it or refund you free of charge. Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos or a short video showing the condition of the kit and its packaging. This guarantee is separate from, and in addition to, your statutory right to a conforming product under EU and Estonian consumer protection law (2-year legal guarantee of conformity).

 

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been processed or shipped. Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right under our Quality Guarantee above.

 

Non-Perishable Items

Any non-perishable products we may offer in the future (such as tools, accessories, or merchandise) will be covered by the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
